Bathroom looked like it had some mold growth at some point, room had a stagnant smell to it, had no towels in my room throughout the entire stay, door dead bolt didn’t engage. Downstairs occupant had a habit of randomly violently slamming their door for no reason.
Wall plates were missing or falling off in certain areas
Dead bolt would not engage and door chain was missing
Water damage on wall on other side of the shower
Shower looked like it had mold growth at some point

We did not even get out of the car, took it as a loss and re booked somewhere else in the parking lot. Pictures totally deceiving!!! Does not look safe, dirty and run down.

The room was good sized and open with furnishings. This place was convenient to restaurants and the Sight and Sound Theater. Unfortunately there are people living there, not visiting the area, and the first night there, there was a noisy disturbance across the hall from us well after quiet hours. We also did not receive washcloths/face cloths with our linen even after we requested them. Check in is done through a text message giving you door codes and other information. There is no check-in desk or clerk.

Would be 5 stars. This is the second time I’ve booked with this property. First time hands down was 5 stars. This time not so much. The room we stayed in this time smelt like a dog ran through it and pissed everywhere and on top of it Saturday night we were woken up around 5am with doors slamming. That lasted a few hours.

Worst lodging place for family and couple... carpet smells of urine bed sheet bed and pillow worst condition... nothing good about the place. No reception counter ... no one to direct youvto your room ... all around people smoking... drinking... etc... we have the worst experience of a life time... fèeling unsecured. At this place... the surrounding hotel seem so good ... sorry but that's the truth. Hope they will better the place.. i guess its what you get for the amount..
