Lovely guesthouse with spacious rooms very close to the Centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon free WiFi and free parking breakfast included not massive but very acceptable all freshly cooked and all produce decent quality !we will definitely recommend and also ourselves will use again in the future

A pleasant surprise
Location:Excelent stop over to see a Shakespeare play. A short walk to the theatre.
We were in Stratford for a family reunion and had booked accommodation at short notice so other than the fact we had a room and it was in Stratford we had no idea where it was. The Sat/Nav found the address with no problem and we were able to park directly on the forecourt. We booked in and asked the proprietor if he could book us a taxi to get to the theatre that evening but he pointed out that it was barely a five minute walk and gave us clear and simple directions. We needed to collect our tickets for The Tempest so walked over and his statement proved to be correct. Our room was at the front overlooking a busy road but we were not disturbed by traffic noise. The breakfast next morning was good with plenty of choice. The proprietor apologised that our room was small but it was fine for one night and fulfilled our requirements.
