We had a great stay. Room was very clean. Mina was amazing he was very helpful. We would recommend staying there. Only issue was TV remote didn't work. They fixed that but then the TV reception was terrible, it continued to glitch out all the time so we couldn't watch any TV. We were checking out the next day so just used my phone instead.

A lovely space.

The outside might throw you off a little as it doesn’t look very fancy, but the room was lovely and comfortable with a chair and desk and nice bed. The balcony overlooking the lake was wonderful

convenient, 9:50PM needed a pharmacy & CVS is next door, ran in & out with time to spare. Sturbridge was across the street, walkable. Dining options all around. I' d go again

Lovely staff

The staff was amazing. Room was clean and nice overlooking the river. They could invest in new pillows, they are like rocks. The breakfast was very nice. Have stayed before and have booked 2 more stays.

While the room itself was clean and seemed newly renovated, there were issues. We were almost unable to check in, as the hotel wi-fi was down. In addition, the hotel tried to take a photocopy of my driver's license. While I understand the need to check I.D., no hotel has every COPIED my I.D. before. We did finally manage to check-in, but while we were seated at breakfast the next morning, the police came to the front desk requesting access to a room, which made us feel like something unsafe and probably illegal was happening at the hotel. I will definitely not return to this hotel.

Super 8 was great

The Super 8 was convenient to the turnpike. Our room was spotless and comfortable. It included a microwave and fridge. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting us on WiFi . The breakfast room was pleasant and the offerings were just right to get us on the road in the morning. We recommend!
