Great location and modern facilities.
The "hands-off" approach is a bit frustrating. No access to any kind of check-in info til bang on 3pm. Even if the room is ready early, no chance.
Air con didn't work in the room at all, was so hot.
Asked in advance for sofa bed to be made up. It wasn't. No-one to contact as it's a no-human process.
Said the room would be cleaned on day 2. It wasn't, no one showed up.
Arrived early before check in and sat in lounge. Ordered drinks and pizza. Despite being quiet, staff just forgot about us despite having us in her eye line.
Nice enough hotel but these things made it a poor experience overall. If we come back will go to the Leonardo hotel as they might actually have decent service there
