We have rented several properties in this area in the past and both my wife and I agree this was the nicest / most suitable for our tastes. I'm a retired Interior Designer and always appreciate a well design and presented vacation home. This home was built in 2022 and has been maintained in excellent condition with an obvious eye for interior appointments and amenities. The property is actually more appealing in person rather than the listing photos, as the surrounding green space, beautiful seating areas around the fire pit, and at the river bank dramatically enhance the overall experience. The interior is beautiful and well thought and the kitchen a intelligent and efficient design with all the items needed for dining for small and large groups alike. The amazing outdoor space with fireplace was very enjoyable and, again, well appointed with tastefull furnishings. While it was just the two of us, the home would be perfect for larger family or small group as well. The only downside for this trip (I'm an avid fly fisher) was, I think, the water must have been too warm for trout as I spent several hours on the river with no success ( I think that is typical for portions of the Toccoa River through this area)In short, we would certainly recommend this property!!
