We had blood on a pillow case, the bathroom door inside was dirty, Kleenex box was dirty, the beds make lot of noise when u move around.... told front desk about these issues and they only discounted $10 for one night. Even after they were told the door was still dirty and the Kleenex box was never replaced. Very disappointed

Check-in was seamless and fast, the room was very clean without damage, the pool was warm, bottled soaps in shower and bathroom were convenient and more environmentally friendly. The best part of our stay was the breakfast in the morning! The staff were so prompt and attentive, every table was immediately clean, all items were well-stocked, it was simply incredible to watch the pride, efficiency, and hospitality of the staff. Well done!
