The room was clean , and the staff very pleasant. However you could smell cigarette smoke from the smoking area located directly below the window. At one time on Saturday afternoon someone had taken the lid off the “ butt” container and it was full and burning. The sliding bathroom door was ridiculous. There was a half inch gap on each side of the door and the occupant could be clearly seen and heard. No privacy.

Accessible issues

A few things about accessibility could be improved, the door opener button did not work making entry a little difficult, the bathroom grab bars could be better placed and the shower not accessible for someone who uses a wheelchair. The bed could be lowered by at least 1 foot for easier access.
