There was one person to check in a long line of people, it took about 40 minutes in line to check in. We were given a room without a fridge. After standing in line AGAIN, we were moved to another room that had a fridge, but the freezer needed to be defrosted so badly that it was impossible to fit anything in it.
There was no coffee in the lobby, as advertised. When we pointed to the large sign advertising morning coffee, we were just told "no more".
There was one towel in the room - we were given another towel upon request at the desk (nobody ever answered the phone), and were told that the new policy is one towel per room, no matter how many guests.
The clincher was the cockroach we saw in the morning while packing to check out.
