In the family room was used hard materials to furnish the apartment,- floor was very hard, makes lots of noise, doors to the toilet was very very loud, tiles in the toilet very cold, lights were too bright in the toilet and main room was too dark, so lack of balance in all important areas. during the night kids and parents were walking to the toilet, so they were disturbing those who were sleeping. Bed linnen was very comfortable, soft, especially pillows. What is more, we got a little bit sick after the sandwich with shrimps that most of us had in the restaurant of this hotel. Drinks were good though. The hotel is in the center of the city, so in the evening and quite often during the night and morning we could hear motorolers/motorbikes driving accross the streets. Stores and pharmacy is close to the hotel. Hotel clients are allowed to park their cars in the Coop's parking, so that is a great benefit in this area. Overal experience - not good, next time we will definitely choose something else, where rooms would be more quiet.

Jag har arbetat 16 Ă„r inom hotellbranschen och har dĂ€rför höga förvĂ€ntningar pĂ„ service och funktion. Rummet: Rummet var trĂ„ngt och dammigt – damm syntes tydligt pĂ„ skrivbord, sĂ€nglampor och fönsterkarm, vilket gav ett intryck av slarvig stĂ€dning. Frukost & matsal: Trots förhandsbokad frukosttid var matsalen full och buffĂ©n inte pĂ„fylld – flera serveringsstationer saknade mat, och det fanns disk kvar överallt. Äggen var dessutom grönaktiga , vilket var bĂ„de visuellt störande och hĂ€lsorelaterat oroande. Reception & kommunikation: Vid incheckning gavs ingen information proaktivt – vi behövde sjĂ€lva frĂ„ga om allt frĂ„n frukosttid till Wi-Fi-uppkoppling samt receptionens öppettider. Det kĂ€ndes oengagerat och ogenomtĂ€nkt. Förslag till förbĂ€ttring: Jag rekommenderar att hotellet ser över stĂ€drutiner och bemanning vid frukost för att undvika överfull matsal och tom buffĂ©, samt att receptionen aktivt informerar gĂ€ster vid ankomst. Vi kommer inte besöka hotellet igen och inte heller rekommendera detta hotell

Ett mysigt och fint hotell. Rummen i den nyare delen, flygeln, kÀnns lyxigare Àn de i den gamla delen, av de rum jag har bott i. Matsalen Àr jÀttefin och frukosten ljuvlig. Mycket trevlig personal i framför allt receptionen. Rekommenderar varmt hotellet.
