This villa is 190m2 in size and has 4 bedrooms with bathroom and terrace, toilet on the ground floor, as well as a kitchen, dining room and living room of 70-80 m2. The spacious yard of its 415m2 includes a swimming pool with shower, private barbecue and 2 parking spaces.
