Wir haben 10 Tage im Hotel Sultanhan in Istanbul verbracht und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es ist sauber und schön eingerichtet – besonders die große und stilvoll gestaltete Lobby hat uns gleich zu Beginn beeindruckt.
Der Empfang war sehr herzlich: Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, erhielten ein Willkommensgetränk und es wurde sich direkt um unser Gepäck gekümmert. Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts stets nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Ein echtes Highlight ist das tägliche Frühstück. Jeden Morgen erwartete uns ein großes, abwechslungsreiches Buffet mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht über Istanbul. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Tulge, die uns jeden Morgen mit einem strahlenden Lächeln begrüßt und mit sehr guten Englisch kleine, nette Gespräche mit uns geführt hat – rundum ein wunderschöner Start in den Tag!
Auch das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich aufgeräumt. Handtücher, die auf dem Boden lagen, wurden automatisch ausgetauscht. Neben diversen Pflegeprodukten im Bad, gab es für jeden Gast auch ein paar Slipper. Zusätzlich standen jeden Morgen zwei kostenlose Wasserflaschen sowie Kaffee- und Milchpulver zur Verfügung.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine perfekte Ausgangsbasis für viele spannende Tage in dieser faszinierenden Metropole."
