Pros: Located near Spinnakers Landing. Looks like some renovations have been attempted. Great towels and comfy beds/pillows. Cons: Soap scum around tub, slow draining tub, poor lighting in room, no ramp to parking lot, sticky room floors, elevator in desperate need of update.

This property is dated but the beds were very comfortable. This building is not scent free, there was an air freshener in the elevator that was very perfume like and the hallways on the main level of the hotel had an unpleasant odour.

We liked the complimentary breakfast that was available at the hotel. The rooms were smaller, with few amenities available for the price we paid for a room. The bathroom including the bathtub require an immediate upgrade, it looks dirty and terrible.

Our room was pleasantly well kept. It had been upgraded over the years in an older building. Unfortunately it was in a 2nd building with a staircase that would be unmanageable for a lot of older folks and certainly not accessible for challenged individuals. I am an athlete and had to be careful when carrying heavy luggage. Also, they have several plugged in oil scent machines in the hallway to mask a smell, but the oil itself was not pleasant. My wife held her breath when walking through the hallway. But we did like our room. It was the best part.

The room was nice until you entered the bathroom. The tub and shower needs to be replaced. The vent for the bathroom doesn’t work and the tub was gross.

Arrived at the the motel at 1:30 and asked if we could check in. The clerk told us maybe in a hour. Bathtub was a thick yellow stain. It wasn’t washed properly in a long time. Wife opened the curtains of the tub and couldn’t believe her eyes and neither could I. Room was ok

Looked clean, it has been renovated but done poorly when you looked around. Bathtub ran all night long, wouldnt turn off and tub/shower looked dirty/moldy. Tiles not attached to the floor, just sitting on top of old floor. Tiles missing from wall in bathroom
