The hotel serves continental breakfast, that starts at 6 AM. They have a TV that they turn on at 5:45 AM that is on the wall. The room I was in, shared that adjoining wall and it woke me up at 5:45. I tried to ignore it, but it was too loud. I called the front desk and they said they could not lower the volume, and there was nothing they could do. An absolute horrible experience, and I do not understand how they can justify having that room for customers.

I have been visiting your facility for almost a decade however this time what happened to me after I used your buffet.. 6 hours after I experienced food poisoning in form of diarrhea and vomiting.. while I was 200 mikes away from sunnyvale.. I let it go finally now I’m better BUT I vaguely believe I will ever stay again in you facility never .. good luck to you

The room was clean. The drain in the shower was clear, which I often check for. The staff were lovely. The only small thing that would be amazing is brighter lights in the bathroom. I would be happy staying here again! The location is very convenient too!
