The room is neat and tidy, and the view and openness on the balcony is very pleasing. The water pressure is a little low (which takes longer) and the free laundry facility was greatly appreciated.. a 2nd clothes dryer would be handy as it is shared by short and longer-term stays. The closeness of this property to the hospital is a big feature. Thank you!

This property is the worst appointment I have stayed in. Patio door not locking. Fridge leaks really bad. Dishwasher clogged & full of water. Fan in bedroom not working. Carpet dirty. Lounge dirty

We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay. While the apartment itself was a decent size, it was in unacceptable condition upon arrival and did not match the standard that was advertised. Cleanliness was a major issue — there was hair in the bathroom and visible dust and grime on most surfaces. The apartment also had multiple maintenance problems, including cracks and damage to the walls, missing globes in several lamps, and non-functioning WiFi, despite it being listed as included. Most concerning was the presence of black mould. It was found on the “freshly cleaned” sheets in the main bedroom on arrival, and the sheets were not replaced until two days later. We also found mould in the showers, on the shower heads, and even on the faucets in the bathroom. This poses a serious health and hygiene risk and should not be present in any guest accommodation. We raised these issues with the booking provider but have had no resolution, apology or compensation. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would strongly avoid staying here.

Our room had great views over canal and beyond, especially at night when coloured light's came on everywhere. Very comfy bed had plenty of room to move around unit. Close to hospital 5 min. walk which suited us. The manager was one of the best. As for the cleaning, we had a problem with dirty micro and other little things. Manager was willing to get cleaner in but we only had a short stay. Other than that thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Booking was a little confusing as there was no clear indication which property we were booking. It was a lucky dip of either Northshore or Waterline Oceanside which are owned by the Vine Property group but neighbouring apartments blocks. The apartment was in good condition. Has some wear and tear overall. It was kind of clean but floors were gross had to wear shoes at all times to eliminate feeling of particles on your feet. Shower drains don’t drain away very fast. The unit had adequate essentials for a short stay. And aircon was very nice and great climate control. beds were abit hard and no extra blankets available. Comms with the staff was excellent. Good stay and I’d consider again.

The area was lovely, our balcony overlooked the lake which was lovely. The staff were very good. It wasn’t overly clean and the drains were open in the bathroom so the shower & by the toilet made the room smell unfortunately. But everything else was lovely
