We loved it but the second QB, nearer the shower, had springs sticking up out of the mattress which were not very comfy. Ventilation in the shower/bathroom not great, bathroom basin slow to drain.

Only staff was nice, helpful and polite. Nothing else as per 4 star. This hotel shouldn't be 4 star. No parking - only got for 1 night on request. Room view has construction site toilets in front of window, thankfully checked out on Monday when the staff started using the toilets in front. Breakfast was so basic, no hot chocolate, no hashbrowns, no veg hot item. No amenities or wine glasses in room. Bathroom privacy is worse, smelling all around the room being no sealed bathroom door. Rooftop bar on weekend not possible to get a seat, only few seats and no night bar vibe.
