Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



Linen

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Please note:

From 14th May till 22 May 2026 Council will be replacing the timber decking which will be out the front of the retails area commencing daily at 7am council will try and limit super early noisy works. They advise there will be times where there is significant noise.

Also as from the 14th May 2026 for 12 Months there will be anticipated construction noise for redevelopment of the Life saving facility.
