Our family reunion included everyone from age 2 - 72, and we had spacious accommodations to reconnect and refresh by the water. A few maintenance areas needed to be addressed, but the rental company was responsive and attentive. We enjoyed the privacy of the island’s west end and proximity to the lagoon there as well. A stocked kitchen helped us have everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Location and size of the property were good for our group, but especially the outside areas were not clean. In general, we were disappointed that the property was not well-maintained especially considering the price point. We had one broken window and two broken doors during our week stay. Rental group responded but not able to repair the doors during our stay. It’s a beautiful home but needs care.

Vacation 2025

We were pleased with the response of the management team for any issues. We had problems with the main patio door that we used the most because the handle was broken and door would not stay closed. We were constantly closing it and shooing flies. They sent someone out twice but didn’t help a lot. Management company was wonderful but do think the owner should have everything in working order before renting. It is a beautiful property and location!

Family Beach Vacation

House is spacious with large master suite on main level. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group. Our group was 8 adults and 4 children. Spent most of our time at the beach and in the pool. Owners were very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our inquiries. gated community

Needs some love

We always have a great time wherever we go so we wouldn’t let all the little things ruin our vacation but there were some disappointments - for the expense the care of the property needs some improvements - landscaping (dead palm trees, weeds, no flowers, old wood decking thrown on property - needs painting outside - broken umbrellas and stands for no shade from the hot sun - broken table - luckily we had wire ties to hold up umbrella on broken table - grill filthy and only worked on high and burnt our dinner - broiler in oven didn’t work - linens just thrown on beds for us to make our beds. Ocean front was gorgeous - Management of the property had quick response to issues. With some love could be a 5

Best vacation home

This was by far one of the best vacation home we've been to for memorial weekend where the beach is packed. Not here! In a gated community with private beach so we didnt have to battle with the crowd. House was spacious and clean. We would definitely come back.

The house was very accommodating and comfortable. The kitchen and sitting area was very spacious! We went in April so we enjoyed the heated pool. Very nice boardwalk to the beach. Perfect house for our family vacation!

We had a great time on a short vacation. The house is beautiful with gorgeous views. The pool is awesome and the views from each of the different private balconies are stunning. Absolutely would stay here again.

Location, location, location

Fantastic house for all adult groups. No bunk beds! Comfortable beds and great gathering areas throughout. We didn’t realize how nice it was to have 2 refrigerators. That really came in handy for us with 8 people. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and bowls etc. They provided a starter pack of dish detergent with sponges and dishwasher pods. We didn’t have to use the ones we bought and we washed dishes every evening. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and was nice to have upon arrival. We brought our own linens/towels so cannot comment about linens provided in the summer. There were a lot of places to be in and out of the sun while outside. The neighborhood and beach area is fantastic! It was too chilly to use the pool but several enjoyed lounging by the pool. There were a lot of beach items under the house but we didn’t utilize them. We were kind of leery about using the elevator at first with all the cautions posted, but eventually we warmed up to it and used it especially to load on departure day. The owners have updated the beach walkway which was long but nice. The only cons were outdated, in need of repair, living room recliners and sofa. They were comfortable but recliners were a bit rough. The house was “surface clean” but we felt like it could use a good deep clean and vacuuming under furniture. The plus’s of the property far outweighed the few cons. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach House in gated community.

This Beachfront House worked out great for our family of 6 adults and 6 children. The house layout is very nice, the pool was great, and got a lot of use. The decks are fantastic.

2023 at the beach.

Location, location ,location. Loved that the first floor as the gatherings floor. Enjoyed the pool and the private walkway to the beach. Would have liked a hot tub but the house had most all we wanted. I tried to rent bikes but the rental store was sold out- I didn't pre-rent because the house we stayed in last year had bikes for our use.

Lovely huge house

We loved our stay, the gated community made for a more private beach experience, the owners were easy to get ahold of, the house was HUGE and everything was super clean
 only complaint id have which isn’t even really a complaint bc we got the house for such a good price.. the deck and a few other areas could use minor updating but wasn’t a big deal to us!! Thank you for having us we would definitely come back!!

Relaxing and peaceful

This is one of the best places we've stayed at the beach! The pool was heated for our stay in early May and we had a private boardwalk to the beach, which was practically deserted. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and had two refrigerators. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The home was very clean!! The host and mgmt co were very responsive and communicative. We'll definitely be back!
