House was laid out good for our family and walk to the beach was so short (2 min) and easy. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. The only thing I can think that could be different is the furniture in the living room. A sectional or an extra small couch is really needed instead of the chairs for bigger groups.

Upon arrival we had a small minor issue with one bathroom door handle and maintenance took care of that right away! This property is clean and a lot bigger than we expected. And the location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach! We rented a golf cart to get around places and nothing is too far, which is another plus! We all enjoyed our time here and we will definitely re-book this place!!

Restaurants, new pier, shopping, night life enjoyment, personal pool , beach, etc. House was well equipped. All rooms met my expectations. . Garden City Rental was great to work with. Needed a K-cup coffee maker and they brought me one within the hour. Had a small parking issue and that too was addressed quickly. Overall, great place to spend your vacation. Thanks GCR for all your help. My family enjoyed their stay!

Beach time vs winter time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first 3 months of winter at this home. We are Canadians but not a fan of winter anymore. This was a beautiful home with a great location just off the beach. It has been well maintained and looked after which isn’t always the case when renting. Cleanliness is #1 for us and this home was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for more and have booked it again for next year. Our first time working with Garden City Realty and Robin was amazing. Nice to deal with pleasant, helpful staff when we live far away. We had a couple issues with batteries in smoke alarms but they were very prompt to come and replace them all. We loved that this home had an electronic keyless entry so never had to worry about losing keys. We cannot say one bad thing about our experience and look forward to next year.

Wonderful Snowbird Adventure

It seemed like too large a home for 2 people but when our families came down for short stays it was perfect. The view of the ocean were wonderful and the sunrises spectacular! Since it was the winter the pool was not useable but we could sit on the porches and geet plenty of sun and great views. The kitchen was well equipped and it was overall a very comfortable place to stay. The neighbors were so fun to be with and it seemed like we knew them forever.

Beach time sep. 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The start of the stay did not go well. We did arrive 30 min early and was unable to get in. When office was called, they stated that the property had not been inspected and we would have to wait. After waiting a bit, we were told to go ahead inside and someone will come and inspect it soon. I thought this was because they felt bad that it was past check in and wanted to help us out. But when we got inside, we saw a card and welcome back with a signature and date of inspection, which was the day before! Communication could be better within the team. As for the house itself, the location was great and we were given everything that was promised. The decor/theme of the house was perfect and we enjoyed our stay! There are a couple things worth mentioning. The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced, there were cockroaches in almost all rooms and something is living in the walls of the closet in the bedroom on the main floor (possibly a mouse). The biggest complaint was the uncomfortable rug in the living room. It is painful to sit on and even walk on. We all agreed the room would be better if there wasn’t a rug at all! Even with these negatives, I think we would still stay again on the future.

Pretty decor. Great location, even though it was next to public parking it was quiet. Very close to beach access. Outdoor refrigerator was a plus for beverages. Only negatives are the kitchen cabinets/drawers need a good clean out, the carpets are very stained, and needs a key to be able to use the outdoor closet to keep golf clubs or other beach items in at night. Definitely would rent Beach Time again.

The property itself was quitety. Vents were dirty and there cobwebs on the chandelier. Rental company was great and responsive.
