Very close to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh walk, the beach, restaurants, shopping and many activities. Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Ferris wheel are roughly 20 minutes away.
Rent a golf cart and drive that to the beach.
We are right at the mark where Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach connect.

Overnight motorcycle or Golf cart is allowed.
BBQ grill downstairs by the lake behind the condo. Go down and grill some burgers to enjoy.

You’ll love this mesmerizing music inspired spacious 2 floor condo. The grand living room is filled with colorful artwork of music legends. Full sectional sofa, 75` TV and a full bar (minus the alcohol) . bar has all types of glasses for wine, beer, shots and good cheers. There`s an ice bucket, blender, drink dispenser with spout, shakers, stirrers and all you need to mix your favorite drinks.

Round dining table has 6 chairs with additional seating in the kitchen island.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, toaster, mixer, bowls, utensils, dishes.... its got it all. I also supply some basic spices and oil. tin foil, plastic wrap and all sorts of necessities.

2nd floor is a Beatles themed loft with 2 queen beds a cute sitting area and full bath. Lots of space and bright colors. A ceiling fan and plenty of natural light.

The 1970`s Rock themed master bedroom is on the main floor to the left. There are 2 Queen beds, a sofa seat and 65` TV. Ceiling fan and plenty of closet space.

There is a private full bath that has direct access from the master bedroom and also a door from the hall as a guest bath.

Full sized washer and dryer in the hall.

Fully air conditioned/heated Carolina/game room is to the right of the living room There is a yellow pull out Queen sofa, a seating area and various games. There`s Air Hockey, Ring Toss, Table tennis and various other games and activities. you could also view the beautiful lake from this room.

Door leads you out to the balcony. No matter what time you sit out there, it`s always beautiful. Very serene. Lots of ducks, turtles, birds and fish. The sunrise or sunset are breathtaking. There are a few chairs, a lounger and tables for you to sit back and relax.

Beach items? I got you! There are several adult sized chairs, an umbrella, beach mat, boogie boards, towels, and cooler in the master bedroom.

Kids:
You could bring them if you`d like but this condo was not set up for children. There is a full bar in the living room and several pieces of art referencing drinking and alcohol. There are lots of breakable items and shiny things you`ll have a hard time telling them not to touch. All games are geared for adults and some have adult themes. Please let me know if you plan to bring kids.

Age requirement:
THERE IS NO AGE REQUIREMENT. However, it is illegal to consume alcohol under the age of 21. No, I do not supply alcohol, I`m just saying you need to be 21 for liability reasons.
Rules are the same for all guests. No parties or large gatherings, no loud noise between 10pm and 7am and of course be mindful and respectful of my place.

You`ll absolutely fall in love with this condo.

the feeling you`ll get when you walk in is far better than any pictures could describe. The second you walk through the door you`ll know you made the right choice. I care about my guests and it shows.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with a large pond in your backyard. Several picnic and bbq areas

Plenty of parking in front of condo.
if you close behind you, it will automatically lock, but it’s always safe to double check.
There’s a little lock on the keypad from inside the house. If you turn it you’ll disengage the lock so you won’t need a code to get in. Please make sure to lock behind you.

You will notice a Ring doorbell on the door. It has a working camera and is there for safety. There are no other cameras in the condo.

Rules:

2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 10 maximum guests

AT CHECK OUT:
1. Place used towels in a pile
2. All dishes should be washed or placed in dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before leaving.
3. Remove all open food from fridge
*It`s a shame to waste, so if you have unopened items you don`t want to take, you may leave them for the guest
4. Throw out all trash
Double check that the door is closed and locked when departing.
