In the district of Rodas, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: garden 70 m2, meadow. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Steep, narrow motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m communal covered parking at 50 m. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop "Parsonz" 2 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake 7 km. Ski lift, chair lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 100 m, cross country ski track 7 km, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Savognin 100 m, Lenzerheide 25 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
