While one bathroom houses a lovely bathtub, perfect for long bubble baths, the remaining two are equipped with spacious shower enclosures. There is also a separate toilet available as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, and the like.

Guests of the villa further have two parking spaces within the property as well as two outside of it at their disposal.
