The Follininbee Inn is unique. Other places say it, but this place really is.Keyser lake is crystal, beautiful, and they provide canes, kayaks, and boats- NC. The Innkeepers pay attention to every detail.There are no TVs, but internet is good.Guests interact after dinner and they eat breakfast family stlye. Breakfast is in an amazing dining room and the table is beautifully set. Breakfast is great! The place is peaceful and casual. If you are looking for action, North Sutton, NH is not a good choice, but the f Follansbee Inn is an authentic old New E gland property. JB

Loved the peace and the nostalgia of this old inn. Very quaint. Also loved all the things you could do. They have bikes to ride, kayaks, canoes, all for free to use. The hiking trails in the area are wonderful too. Beautiful lake. Great place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

Stayed here several times. For my money, Dennis & Kendall run the loveliest inn in New Hampshire. There may be more luxurious places to stay in the region, but if you are looking for a classic New England inn with charm in a beautiful location, this is the place. And Dennis’s Cajun- influenced breakfasts can’t be missed.

We stayed here with family for a graduation. The Inn is conveniently located near Colby Sawyer and not too far from dining options. The owners were very hospitable providing home baked pop tarts and coffee/tea. The breakfast was delicious and lovely. We enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful home! And the breakfast was delicious! Parking was easy, felt safe. The lake and church nearby were just picturesque. Definitely recommend!

Everything is excellent except for the shower. It’s old-fashioned and aesthetically beautiful but a potential accident waiting to happen. It’s very slippery and the tub is a little high to get in especially for shorter and elderly people. I slipped and slid while taking a shower but thankfully it was a slow fall on my bum so no injury occurred. Some guests may not be as lucky.

Charming lakeside Inn with the most amazing delicious breakfast! You cannot go wrong. Canoes and kayaks to borrow! So much fun on and in the beautiful clean lake.

The owners are so kind, friendly, and thoughtful! I stayed here the night before the eclipse, and because they knew people wanted to leave early the next day to beat the eclipse traffic, they moved up the start of breakfast (poached eggs and bacon hash, yum!) an hour. The hotel is beautiful and has wonderful views of the surroundings, including the lake, from windows. There is a nice loop around the lake that can be done, and hiking trails nearby. There is a cozy atmosphere in the winter, when there will be small fires burning in the common areas where guests can mingle and relax.
