One up ALL Up! NO Soundproofing!

Pros: it was near the sea
Cons: revert it to a private dwelling
Nice looking hotel, clean (very small) rooms BUT spent all night listening to a neighbour in the room to the right snoring. Could hear everything from the occupied rooms above (who retired at 2 am!) including them brushing their teeth (followed by water pipes knocking for a good 3 minutes after) so got a total of 3 hours sleep. 8 am and a large delivery lorry parked 10 foot away from the glass doors and left his engine running so had to get up at 8 am. Didn't even want to stay for the breakfast we paid for. The total lack of soundproofing and squeaking floorboards are totally unacceptable and wouldn't recommend staying here.

Friendly staff and excellent accommodation

Pros: Location with lovely sea views and walks. Excellent accommodation space.
Cons: Air conditioning to save having to open windows and put up with traffic noise.
Location: Very close to the bay and the bay path and cycle path to Swansea. Also close to Mumbles with the lovely shops and eating places.
Pleased with the facilities although the TV controller was missing, the manager came straight to try to sort it out. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space as well as good kitchen facilities. Very welcoming staff. Our accommodation was near the road and with windows open due to the hot weather we did find the traffic quite noisy.

Room 1 is above the bar, beware!

We paid for an upgrade room and were amazed at how small the room was. It was Room 1 and it turned out to be an issue as there were people in the bar below us until 3.00am. Breakfast was good!

Good place to stay

We staid in an apartment which was great for our 4 day stay. The four of us ate in the hotel restaurant one night and food and staff were very good.
