Beautiful! Very nice updated modern rooms and property! The hibachi next door advertised as fine dining, is not worth it, poor ambiance the food quality is very poor and extremely overpriced.

Found this note in our room after being out of the room from 9am to 9pm. Nice note. That was Sun evening when we found the note.I did speak to the front desk in person at that time. We checked out on Tues Am as planned. Not the type of thing I'd expect here. A few other issues as well Spoke with Ernst after we left and he was very apologetic and receptive to our comments however he mentioned that our comments would be good for him to use as a teaching moment Sorry but I think they should have been aware and had that moment of teaching long before I had to tell Ernst Tues AM. I'm also told that another issue in the dining room bar that evening might have been because the owners were there and it seems they get service on the patio,after we were told we could only get it at the bar. Was hopeful for a better stay ...live and learn.....

I fully enjoyed my first stay in the Poconos! The staff were all friendly but I have to highlight the service of Amanda and Ashley, they showed compassion, patience and kindness while always being professional. The hotel was clean and I have no complaints. I will definitely visit again. I came to celebrate my fiancés birthday and he really enjoyed his birthday weekend.
