Everything was great, room was amazing, awesome amenities. Can’t wait to go back…..just may have to emphasize to the cleaning staff do not enter your room when the do not disturb sign is on your door.

This is a beautiful luxury hotel! The staff was friendly yet very professional. All open areas were exceptionally clean. Restaurant's were beautiful! My only issues were the guests above sounded as if they were running, stomping, dropping what sounded like bowling balls, every night, during quiet hours. Also, our last night in the beautiful heated pool, someone came in smelling like weed. Very upsetting. No fault of the hotel though. Still a great hotel.

Stayed at Swiftwater Hotel with my girl for our 1 year anniversary and it was honestly the perfect choice. The whole place got this calm, upscale vibe that makes you slow down and actually enjoy the moment. Clean, peaceful, and just feels good to be there. Staff was welcoming and respectful, everything ran smooth, and the room was super comfortable… definitely the kind of space you can relax, connect, and just be present with each other. It made our anniversary feel special without us having to do too much. If you want somewhere quiet, classy, and worth the experience especially for something meaningful Swiftwater delivers. I’d definitely go back again.

My god, these folks really know how to make you feel like you’re the king of England. The day I booked my stay, I sent a message about sprucing up the room to make my wife feel special. I think the gentleman’s name was max, he also greeted us in the Lobby along with a smile and a lady that I forgot her name. Sorry about that. The front desk staff is out of this world, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff. The room,pool, food. I already sent pictures and recommendations to all my friends and family.
