They took $400 holding deposit for 2 rooms, today is 9days since checked out and still haven't received my refund. Contacted them numerous times they said 5 days, this is absolutely ridiculous as it is only a holding bond. Will never stay or recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable - a good size, included full kitchen, bright, clean and inviting. The location was magic - directly in the middle of Chinatown with hundreds of restaurants, etc at the doorstep. This is a budget hotel so don't expect five star quality and don't expect five star prices. Overall it is great value for money. Very comfortable and inviting.
