Cozy is close to everything you need in Newtown and Enmore, food, shopping, trains, buses etc. we were welcomed when we arrived and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We recommend this retro accommodation, cheers

Good location

Rooms are small but have what you need for a short stay. Location is very handy. Could have been a bit cleaner...hair in bathroom definitely not mine. Have stayed before and will stay again. Hope prices don't increase.

We reached the property at midnight and they had 2 numbers on the door. So we called the emergency number for this property no one picked up then we had to drive all the way to newcastle for a hotel. Then we called them at 11am to ask for a refund but were told you should have called the second number and no refund will be given. Like what is an emergency number for if no one picks up the call in a emergency.

If I could give this place a -10 rating I would - it is absolutely disgusting. I cannot say how bad it is ! The place reeks of mould, there’s water damage on the walls. room has a terrible smell - totally unsafe. Ground for room is facing an alleyway and there’s a very small little chain on your door. Also a safety hazzard. Front staff very rude and passive aggressive.. not worth it at any price.

If I could give it a -10, I would. Absolutely disgusting place.. you can see the water damage on the walls. The room stinks of mould. It’s absolutely unbelievably bad. Even for the price. Your health is worth more. Front staff rude and passive aggressive. There’s a scam that if you arrive 9:01pm they charge you late check-in fee. It’s in very very small print. The person after me arrived one minute late and had to argue with them. They promised a refund because I could not stay in the place due to health reasons. It was positively disgusting and still waiting for them to keep their word. Don’t ever stay in this place..
