Great room (we had a suite), friendly helpful staff. I had a problem getting my computer connected to WIFI…..I had to go to the elevator and to get a connection and then all was good. Trio restaurant in the hotel was excellent!

I checked in late at night after 12 AM they gave me the worst room, I chose a standatd room however they gave me an intrrconnected room.. The sound proofing of rooms are so bad that you would clearly hear people talking in the other room and outside when walking in hallway.. They denied to change my room and lied all rooms are full for next 3 days, however i could clearly seeing people checking in everyday throughout my stay.. I felt terrible staying in the room there was no window, very less lights..terrible. I would neber rexommend this hotel to anyone..I donot know how other rooms look like..but for me it was a shady hotel
