Excellent property. Very clean and beautifully presented. Great location just 5mins walk from pub, restaurants, cafes, shops at the 5-Ways intersection. Beautiful surrounding streets. Property is exactly as per description and photos on Stayz website. Nikki was a fantastic host too, very quick to respond to any queries and all instructions were very straightforward. Would 100% stay at this property again. Highly recommended.
Great location in Sydney walked to restaurants bus station even to downtown Sydney
House professionally managed and clean
Host - Nikki - easy to reach we were able to check in early
A simply lovely house in a great area. Excellent bedding, lovely kitchen (although we hardly ever used it!) roomy and all as advertised. Full of natural light. Quiet. Soooo good to have off street parking. Left the car at the house and walked or Ubered everywhere. Close to a little market and a ton of great restaurants and bars. Easy to get to and also to depart as an out of town person.
Really enjoyed our stay.
This property suited our needs and was very comfortable. We felt at home and our fur baby enjoyed the garden space too. Having access to thr garage was a must as outside parking was difficult to find at times.
Came to watch Womenâs World Cup. Neighborhood is primarily residential with easy walk to restaurants and shopping. People couldnât be nice out more helpful. After a few days we were greeted like regulars. House is larger than it looks, easy living.
This beautiful home was a wonderful place for our family to stay in Sydney. We could walk to a train or bus stop within a few minutes. There were restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance also. The home itself was nice for my husband and me, plus our adult children. The third bedroom was a loft on the top floor, and my youngest son stayed there. The staircase to that loft was somewhat steep and narrow, as others have mentioned, but it was fine for him. One thing that was different for us was the half bathroom - the water only turned on in the sink when the toilet flushed, which seems to be a clever way to use the water to fill the toilet, but also meant you couldn't use just the water for other purposes. Though the house is older, it is well maintained and kept up beautifully. The host communicated well and responded quickly. Overall, an excellent experience.
The house is surprisingly spacious. Furnishings are to a high standard with comfortable seating and beds. The attic bedroom was especially exciting for our 9 year old to sleep in. Facilities provided are comprehensive, everything needed is there. The locale is fascinating and a short walk away there are some great restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket. The owner was very responsive to our queries during the stay.
Great central location and responsive host. Helpful to have a car spot in this area although it was very tight and required some careful maneuvering. We liked the kitchen which was supplied well with cutlery, crockery and accessories. Overall the house felt a bit musty, particularly the sofas and bedding, despite there being quite a long and stern list of house rules (including requiring guests to vacuum the house prior to departure!). We were informed towards the end of our stay that the modem was âon backup modeâ and had been for some time - which explained why the wifi was painfully slow. It would have been appreciated if we were told this upfront so that we arrange another method of internet access (we were travelling internationally and were relying on accommodation with wifi). The loft bedroom has a low ceiling and is accessed by a steep and narrow staircase, so probably not appropriate for young children, older people or people with mobility issues.
