The room needs updating. Carpet is old and dirty. Bathroom has mold. Bed is not comfortable. Close to Opera House. They have a shower in case you get there early and the room is not ready. Many restaurants nearby.

Harbour Rocks was clean and the staff were fantastic. I didn’t give this a 5 because I saw nowhere in the information about this location having NO LIFT. My spouse and I are in our 60s and have bad knees. After having to lug 50+ pounds of luggage up/down three flights of stairs, the charm and location of the place waned. We were grateful we only stayed here one night. I recommend to the hale and hearty, but if you have physical limitations you need to ensure you will be on the first floor at the time of booking. They also have a stellar sandwich shop.

The motel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Rocks. Parking straight across the road. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Plus the extra bonus of having a bar in the motel was also great. Highly recommended

This is a beautiful building in a very old part of town (no elevator) some minor issues one inch step into bathroom. Once you stub your toe a few times you remember to step up on entry. Shelving in bathroom loose and sloped, shelving and fixtures in shower stall are fine.

We stayed for 5 nights on a mother-daughter holiday. The staff were exceptional, the breakfasts absolutely amazing, location brilliant. The only tiny thing was that the bathroom grouting was a little tired but everything else made up for it. All in all, we would highly recommend staying there and will go back again another time. The hotel is situated close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment, as well as street and water transportation. The Rocks district is centrally located and quite walkable. Breakfasts were good and varied. The mattress was a bit too soft for our tastes, but this did not adversely affect our stay. Hotel staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to any budget-conscious travellers planning to visit this beautiful and vibrant city.

This place is absolutely incredible and very classy! We stayed here for 5 nights and had a blast with everything. This place is do close to all the main highlights of Sydney including Circular Quay for all the transportation outside of the CBD. The Rocks Disteict is very beautiful and this place blends in perfectly. I would 1000% stay here again. Very classy, comfy, nice staff, and beautiful rooms.
