Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean and the reception area was clean. Rather disappointed in the lack of facilities for preparing our food. A bare minimum. Even though on some websites it appears there was a restaurant. Rather noisy at night due to work being carried out on railway lines. Convenient for Central station

The staff were lovely. The room itself could be improved. Positives: Bed was not uncomfortable and linens were clean. Negatives: The room had a weird smell, especially in the bathroom, potentially coming from the drain. The shower was not very clean, and the sliding door did not function well (off the rails at the top). The flush button on the toilet was also half broken (worked, but needed to be pushed in a certain way). The room was very small, but I was expecting this and it was functional enough for one person (would've been tough with two).

Basic room but fine for what I needed. Really comfy bed and great shower, nice towels. Reception staff were really helpful and also stored my luggage for a few hours after check out. Some noise from the train station but ear plugs fixed that and I slept really well. Would use again
