The staff is utterly disappointing. Phone is never answered. I had to late check-in and I called about 18 times during business hours with no answer, left 8 voicemails, dropped 2 emails. I had to modify my schedule for the day and take a trip down there only to ask "what's the process of late check-in?". Upon my visit, the front desk team member was answering my questions as if I troubled his soul out of his body. He mentioned the process will be that I'll get a text with pin to their locker box that will have key card. The text will have room number. You guessed it right, I never received that text. When I reached there midnight, fortunately someone was taking out their key card from the locker. So I got mine. But no room number was mentioned. After calling emergency number twice I was given the room number. Never ever I'm doing Ibis budget again.

The place is very dirty. We are not asking for 5-star service, just a clean place — that’s the least we should get for what we pay. Cleanliness is basic!

We booked for a late check in with a king bed, we got no instructions prior to arrival for how to get to room as promised. Our room was so small and had 2 singles beds, after hour phone did not answer. Toilet seat was broken, mould in shower, coffee cup dirty. We did get room chang next day and very apologetic staff, but room still tiny, said K bed but our feet overhanged on it. Shower still mouldy. The shower, toilet was so tiny, door cant open fully as room tiny and there is a big step up into it, which is not fun. Staff were super nice, only good thing though. This place is not for tall people, large people or people with injuries or disabilities. Compare room and bathroom to cruise ship size and you get the picture...

Always enjoy our stay, staff are friendly & helpful. Beds are excellent. Very basic & cheap but we have a wonderful night sleep. We’re elderly & have no complaints. Close to IKEA, McDonalds next door & simple buffet breakfast in hotel.

We requested with a lot of anticipation a ground floor room as they don't have elevator and we were carrying heavy baggage but they did not respond. Upon arrival they gave us a 3rd floor room and the person on the counter did nothing to help and I had to carry the luggage even though I am injured of my left ankle. Also, corridors smelled to Marijuana a lot in 3rd floor and stairs were really dirty. Definitely not coming back. At least, the room was OK cleaned.

Super clean and our bed was very comfortable…but bathroom was very tight and sink was outside of the bathroom on the end of the room which was quiet odd other than that i enjoyed my stay it was a budget hotel so you get what you pay for.
