The room was very noisy. The room next to mine was a family with friends, and I felt like sitting with them in the same room. I did not have a problem with their family because they were just happy to have a holiday, but the walls are not soundproofed, and I heard every little noise. The room smelled; I'm not sure whether the smell came from next door or my own room. The room old and marks everywhere. I paid $300 for 1 night and i never go back there. When i asked the stuff at the reception about change my room they said all room is like that.

Rooms are small, average amenities, shower leaked all over the floor. The place is tired, but the location can’t be beat. Harbor view room overlooks a major construction site, if that’s not your thing skip paying extra for that.

Whole hotel is in need of a make over inc. Painting, blinds, worn carpets & bathroom fittings. Room was very small with only one chair for 2 people. Not for a long stay. TV effectively only had two channels, 2 and 10. Staff very nice.

Excellent view of Darling Harbour. Very close to Pyrmont light rail station and easy reach to the Aquarium and cruises along the harbour. Breakfast was up to normal standard.

I had a really wonderful stay :^) The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and the location is super convenient; it's close to the light rail and the maritime museum. Highly recommend!!

The room was in unacceptable condition, seeing how clogged the vents were with dust — both in the bedroom and the bathroom — made me regret booking this accommodation. Considering the rate was over $600 AUD per night, it was quite unacceptable.
