Super friendly staff, nice location, good beds. However, the bathroom was built for disabled/eldery people, so no curtains or shower screens, which messed the floor. We had to ask to move us to another room.

The property is located next to a pub.which plays loud music until 12am. Also there a many sex workers in the area. We paid for a queen bed but it was more like 2 sigle beds pushed together. The food around the hotel is good but the hotel it self is bad

Good location but room cleanliness should be improved. Coffee cup in room has red lipstick on it, dust on air conditioner, lack of maintenance and breakfast room is dirty. Coffee machine, plates, glasses are disgusting. Is this a world class hotel in all accor group?

Good location for the price paid

Room was extremely basic, bathroom was smelly as had no fan so smelt damp constantly, floors didn’t look vacuumed even when we arrived or any day we were there. For the price and location it was good with supermarket and restaurants close by!

There was loud nightclub/pub music until around midnight Thu, Fri and Sat night. Very hard to try and sleep with this and would highly recommend ear plugs.
