The Buffet was excellent! The patio suite was well worth the little extra for the summer breeze and is not in direct sunlight which made the room constantly cool during the summer days.

Amazing and convenient location, right on top of central train station, which made it easy to get anywhere in/around Sydney. Even though it was a busy area, we didn’t notice much noise from the street (we were on the 6th floor). On the top floor there’s a pool, sauna, and small gym, and there are washing machines available in the basement for a fee. The hotel room itself was nice and clean but basic. We found the price per night to be quite high. Staff were very friendly.

The major issue I (and my colleagues) had was the lift services and being able to find stairs as an alternative. The lift services were way too slow - waiting for up to 6 minutes for a lift - given there were 6 shafts - was unacceptable, particularly if you had to go from breakfast, back to your room, and then down to the ground floor. Otherwise very good
