I didn’t even stay. I got to the reception and was told I needed a physical credit card to check in. I had already paid online however this was a security deposit. I offered to tap however the concierge flat out refused to assist me in any way and became quite rude and aggressive when I asked how we could find a resolution. I was to go withdraw cash or leave! I had to travel 2 hours home and 2 hours back the next day as a result of this terrible customer service for which I am still waiting a refund!

We inadvertently left charger and leads for phones in room, reception contacted us and are holding them until we are back in Sydney in 10 days time and we will arrange to collect them, very helpful . Fortunately these are spares so not essential to our trip.

When I called to see if it was possible for an early chick in the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up while still talking to him. And was extremely rude while checking into the hotel. The other staff member was reasonably nice and checked me in.

A great location, close to Central Station and Broadway shopping centre. Huge room! Easy check-in, and they gave us an upgrade with a balcony. Some mould on the bathroom ceiling, and also water was dripping from the bathroom light when it rained heavily. No big issues; maintenance can easily fix those. Overall, a great location and a great stay.

The property is in an ideal location to Central Station, Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed and very quiet. We have stayed there many times when visiting Sydney as it is so convenient
