Friendly welcome by the young woman on the desk. Spacious room with good aircon. But mould in the shower and bed a little uncomfortable. Quite a bit of outside street noise but that was to be expected on a Saturday night. However it was good value for money and close to the Central station for an early departure.

Really very convenient to the train, metro, Darling Harbour (4 blocks approximately). Price was very good. The accommodations were good for the two of us. Very clean and plenty of towels. Location was the highpoint for us.

My complaints are consistent with many others found on Google reviews, with the most outragous being coackroaches. Additional issues include garbage being left in the halls which left a stench; I believe the smell was a result of not using aircon in the hallways. Second, the wall aircon in my room leaked tons of water. The water pooled at the floor boards, which were ridden with mould. I eventually stopped using it. After 6 months (a timeline consistant with a Google Review), they have not completely fixed their elevator. I walked up and down the stairs each time but for when I had my luggage becasue I got fed up with it. After my stay here, I've learned that many people like to rev their cars, especially late at night - a quality of Sydney's I learned because of the lack of sound proofing. If you do book this hotel because of its two good features, those being location and price, I highly recommend having shower sandal for the shared washrooms.

Clean room and daily housekeeping with a really good air conditioner. What is there to complain about! We also had a private bathroom so that was nice since I noticed not all the rooms did.
