Our room was not ready at 3pm for check in after we had checked in and processed payment at 10am. Your uniforms are very casual and not professional looking. Water pressure in shower is minimal, room window extremely dirty and spoilt our view of the harbour. Place needs a total refurbishment, looking very tired!

About to enter shower an discovered , no towels. Rang up for some and was asked to pick them up at front desk as no house keeping, No, as i was naked. Told 3 minutes, waited half an hour. The bathroom was disgusting, needs a workman to take out rotten grout. Soap dish hanging off, even a black hair in bath under mat. For some reason i cant upload photos, but i got plenty of them.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the Opera House, harbour, restaurants, and shopping. The onsite restaurant has limited hours, but plenty of nearby dining options are available outside the hotel. Property is clean and well-maintained. For a restful stay in a prime location with scenic views, the Sydney Harbour Hotel does not disappoint.

This is not a new property but everything was clean serviceable. There was no waiting for lifts and the staff were friendly and efficient. For the price point and location Sydney Harbour Hotel is outstanding. We will be back.

We love the location of this hotel. The staff are also incredibly attentive and friendly. As a family of 2adults and 2 children, the buffet and pricing are excellent value. We loved the roof top pool!

Great place and area to stay.

Stayed 2 nights pre cruise, great place next to terminal easy walk. Nice view and area with lots of things to explore. Evening dinning and bar very casual and relaxing. Gluten free food catered for. $35 ride share from Airport to the hotel good also. Will stay there again.
