The entire hotel was spotless, our room was incredible, the Horizon Club was fantastic. The staff were all extremely helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be staying there next time we go to Sydney.

This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed in during out 20 day trip to Australia. Walking distance to Circulay Quay, shops, restaurants and Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge. Colin the concierge was especially helfpul and guided us to the perfect tour to go visit the Blue Mountains.

The Staff were incredibly friendly, they upgraded our room to the suite which was so generous and we are so grateful and thankful. The room was beautifully presented, amenities were wonderful and it was very classy and elegant, and the breakfast had great options. Will be back again for sure.
