I love staying at the Grace because it has - Comfortable rooms. Excellent location. Friendly customer service. Plenty of elevators as well as access to the open stairwell. The decor and aesthetics are beautiful too. .

I think it was an enjoyable stay. The only criticism is the fact that we returned to the hotel at 10.30pm. We asked to have a bottle of wine delivered to our room. We were advised that room service finishes at 10.30pm. We were nust too late. The quality of this hotel should provide better room service hours.
