Very nice location and convenient. 24/7 Sports bar and casino are highlight of the stay. We will come again. I am the star casino member. However, I did not earn any points as I booked through third party. I need to consider how to make booking next time.

From checkin to checkout the service was amazing Upgraded to a 2brm apartment with city views .! David the concierge was exceptional offered to help myself and 93yr old mum with our bags and even put the jug on for us 💙💙 and was there again on checkout and helped us to the car with them and gave me exit tips from the car park 5 stars for us

We received an upgrade to the Star Residences which was an amazing stay. The level of cleanliness was outstanding - the towels were high standard - fluffy and soft and a very comfortable bed. From arrival through to checkout and everything in between the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Perfect stay for going to a show or catching the light rail over to the CBD and exploring. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely fantastic hotel, and the Harvest Buffet breakfast is amazing. Such beautiful food with lots of options. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable with everything you need.

Good location but tired and old decor

The hotel is starting to show it's age. For the price I would expect a lot better! However, it is a great location when setting a sore at the lyric theatre!!
