Situated in the ultimate position in Newport - completely level, 100m walk to the beach and 200m to restaurants, bars and shops this beach house is effortlessly relaxed and stylish yet with every amenity needed to have the ultimate summer escape!
Enjoy the beach, or ocean pool, or if you prefer to lay low enjoy our beautiful, private mosaic tiled pool.
Spacious and all weather outdoor living spaces complement the generous indoor living zones where lofted ceilings bounce the sunshine around all day.

This architect designed home is light filled and airy, capturing the ocean breezes keeping the home cool. Designed around entertaining and relaxing the home offers numerous places to follow the sun and feels like a true holiday home.
The finishes are coastal and light and easy care, with timber floorboards, vaulted ceilings, and windows capturing sunlight throughout.
The living spaces are oversize with an over sized lounge in the main living, and secondary lounge in the rumpus, and indoor and outdoor dining areas seating 10 people each. The separate lounge room is ideal for kids to watch a movie in.
The kitchen is ideal for those who like to entertain and cook with a host of Miele ovens including, steam/combination, regular oven and microwave/combination. The induction cooktop is quick and easy to use or if preferring gas, the bbq is on natural gas and a great option. We have an integrated french door fridge / freezer in the kitchen, another fridge / freezer in the laundry plus the drinks fridge on the deck. Additional appliances such as coffee machine, blender, Thermomix, rice cooker, sandwich press and airfryer will all be available for use also.
Used to entertaining, we have plenty of platters, plates, glassware and serving utensils to ensure your time away feels as special as home.
An outdoor deck with built-in barbeque and drinks fridge is covered by a vergola which will automatically close with rain, making it ideal for all weather entertaining. The side deck with outdoor lounge is lovely to relax and enjoy an afternoon drink.
The fully tiled pool is a great alternative when you have had enough of the beach or for an evening swim, a mounted umbrella will allow you to relax for hours.
There are 4 bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes, master with ensuite. They are all on the upper level with an additional full bathroom with bath.
The master has a king bed, and bedrooms 2,3 and 4 all have queen beds and each have built-in wardrobes.
There is parking for 2 cars in the carport and automatic garage door for easy entry.

There is so much to keep you busy when you stay at our beach house.
We are located at the Southern end of Newport Beach, just follow The Boulevarde (by foot) approx 4 houses East to the beach and ocean pool (1 minute walk).
If you prefer a patrolled area head out the carport gate to the North where you will find the surf club and patrolled area (3 minutes walk).

If you are looking for more activities, Newport Bowling Club is situated on the corner of The Boulevarde and Barrenjoey Road and offers barefoot lawn bowls! Or perhaps tennis is more your style - next door to the Bowling Club are community tennis courts which you can book, a code is sent for access. We have rackets and balls available for use.

If a family game of cricket sounds fun we have a set for use and the reserve next door makes for a great pitch!
In front of the surf club you will find a children’s playground plus a basketball half court (we have balls available).
