Loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate room. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. So excited when we saw our location. Great shopping, restaurants' and sightseeing right there out the front door. You won't be disappointed staying here. Definitely would stay there again!

The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we visit. Grazie, Rob

Emanuella was extremely helpful. Before we arrrived she sent me multiple what’s app notices on parking information and for our arrival. She was very nice and very helpful even with the dinner suggestions. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Close to all the sites. Would recommend it to everyone who is coming to Siracusa.
