My daughter had a medical emergency, I cancelled as well as filed under the travel insurance. Was denied a refund. I’m a single mom and was going to be in town for Hamilton. I was able to sell our theater tickets last minute but was out $250 for the hotel. Why would I drive 3 hours to stay in a hotel if we were no longer able to go to a show. Absolutely disgusted.

Convenient but terrible night’s sleep

Location was perfect, room was decent and this was one of the few hotels Ive ever been in with good bathroom lighting BUT… Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were AWFUL. On top of that, the elevator is noisy and we could hear it nonstop, as well as full conversations in the room next door
