Im.very upset i booked it specifically for the pool and hot tub and the pool was closed and the hot tub wouldnt turn on. Just awful very mad becaue of that. Only reason booked it. I feel i deserve money back because of that.

Work trip

Went there because of a business trip and I got there early and they let me check in early. They do have breakfast and it is pretty decent. Kids would definitely love it. Room was completely clean and bed comfortable. My only negative thing is they allow people to park in front of the door and have two ways to get in. That part of the parking lot is full then you would have to back out and go around to get to the other side to get to the other side of the building where the other parking lot is.

I had a fantastic stay! The amenities were top-notch—loved relaxing in the pool, sauna, and hot tub, and the gym was well-equipped and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. What really made the stay special was the amazing staff—every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcomed. Can’t wait to come back!

Had to run shower for 20 mins to get hot water. Then the water turned cold again a couple of mins later. Sink drain plug is stuck closed. I had to prop it open with a pen cap.

The walls are thin and the room next door was blasting tv all night long. The pool water was very cloudy and gross. The breakfast room was too small for the amount of guests so we had to stand and eat next to our kids who sat at a table. Definitely disappointed in our stay.

I am allergic to cigarettes & marijuana & I have asthma. At times there was an overwhelming smell in public areas of both of these. It’s a shame because the staff here are wonderful, but I probably won’t be staying here again. It’s also located across from a coffee stand & a gas station which is a plus! Close to freeway too!
