The staff were responsive and attentive. Overall, the hotel was in a good condition--clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The weekend drew a lot of partiers and it created a lot of noise. The treadmills in the fitness center didn't work properly.

Would probably stay again. Property was pretty good, just the areacaround it felt a little unsafe. Normally would be easy walk to dining, shopping but felt safer in the car. There did appear to be a drug issue but I guess that's almost the norm right now?

Worst stay

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Small and soft beds, there was a small fire in the hotel in another room there was no manager and staff were unprepared and 2 minutes later still with the hotel full of smoke we were told to enter again, which is absurd because the smoke is totally toxic, we took our things and had to lose the whole day out because the rooms were uninhabitable. We received no information or guidance from the management. On top of all this, I was charged twice for the whole stay, causing me financial inconvenience, and so far I haven't received a refund or the correct charge. Worst stay I've ever had

Parking was very suspect. Homeless people living in and around the back parking lot. Also back door didn’t lock. Walked my dog and realized that. Anyone could just come in. Otherwise room was very clean and nice.

Very frustrating. 4 night stay and the doors to hotel were broken all 4 days. No one was ever at the front desk. Had to wait for them to come from the back room. Sometimes quite a wait. Several items were broken in the room. “Jay” at the front desk was very lovely and helpful when she worked. This used to be a great hotel, as I have stayed there many times. After this trip, I may not return.
