There was no heat in the room. Staff said there was a work order that never happened..plus management was rude. Told us we had to check out because we stayed over 30 days. But they told us to check out for 1 day and come back..we did just that and they still would not extend our stay.

We stayed in the room with a jetted tub which I always look for. It was great till we saw how dirty the jets were. A washcloth that was used in the tub turned brown against the drain and jets. Breakfast was good with ample choices and kept up and clean. The employees were very friendly also

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The first thing I noticed was how welcoming and friendly the staff were. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was positive, and they were always ready to help with a smile. ​The cleanliness of the room was another major plus. It was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciate when I'm traveling. It's clear they have high standards for housekeeping. ​The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. It covered the basics you'd expect, but I'd call it average. It gets the job done, but don't expect a gourmet experience. ​The one area that could really use some attention is the furniture. The furnishings in my room felt a bit dated and showed some wear and tear. An upgrade to more modern and fresh furniture would significantly elevate the overall experience and match the high quality of the service and cleanliness. ​In short, I'd recommend this hotel for its fantastic staff and clean environment. Just be prepared for a simple breakfast and slightly older room decor.
