This independent cottage, facing south, is located in a peaceful hamlet, offering a quiet setting and all the necessary comforts. Its proximity to Dinan makes it an ideal base for exploring the Emerald Coast, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel, and Cap Fréhel.

Everything is on the ground floor for your convenience: a living room, a large equipped kitchen, and a lounge with a very comfortable sofa bed.
