Such a nice place, Anping. Very quiet and comfortable life. The hotel is very nice, 2 main buildings separated by a cute resting area (with chairs, tables, small pools for a nice environment, not to swim). 24/7 self-service of tea, coffee, water, perfect to relax there. The room was big enough, huge bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. Also a small private terrace, but no chairs nor table.
We did not have time to visit the spa and swimming pool, so no comment there.
There wasn't any staff at the hotel reception when we arrived in the late morning. We wanted to store our lugguage before checking in at 3pm. We managed to go into the reception area with other guests going out. Called the number to reach the staff and the phone was at the reception desk without any attendance!
The swimming pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was cold, the dry sauna was barely warm after 30 minutes and there was no steam in the sauna. The room feels tiny, much smaller than claimed 215 sqft. Finally, the view from my âsea viewâ room was blocked by street trees.
I chose this hotel because on the pictures it looks Modern and clean...However when we checked into our room, we found several ants crawling on the bed!!! After calling the front desk , they sent someone up and help us checked into another room...later that night we found a small cockroach in the bathroom... I gave 4 star for their service, however they really need to pay lots of attention on The Cleanliness and Pest control.
It is a small boutique hotel with nice spa amenities and walking distance to the tourist area and harbor. No issue with hotel itself BUT the price I paid was $280 which is not worth it. I had expected a much bigger hotel with more amenity for that price. This hotel is worth about $100 a night in my opinion.
It's not located in the city center, but I did enjoy the quietness and space. The pool is nice too. Off-site parking is only 50M away, still convenient. Breakfast can be improved though. Overall speaking, good choice for a family trip.
