Very helpful staff

The room was comfortable enough, but there wasn’t much in regard to housekeeping. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel is walking distance to lots of sights and a short taxi ride from the train station.

There was no toilet paper in the room and the safe did not work. The shower did not have any cold water. Visited this hotel in 2023 and it was operated well with an excellent breakfast. Now the rooms are not ready or working and the breakfast is not very good.

Room felt old and needed a thorough cleaning. Shower had mold growing. Very poor lighting in the room. Two instant noodles were left in the room for guests to eat, which was good but there were no chopsticks or forks to eat the noodles. 評価が高かったので予約してみました。 チェックインは日本語対応している機械で手続きしました。 洗面所のコップに汚れがあったのは気になりましたが、その他は清潔でした。 客室には、無料のカップ麺やスナック、ボトルウォーターがありました。 台鉄台南駅前から路線バスに乗り、バス停がすぐ近くにあり便利でした。（本数は少ない） 朝食の品数は少ないので、しっかり食べるよりかは軽く済ませて、周辺や他のレストランで豆花とか牛肉湯も食べるのが良いかもです。 日本人観光客で安心安全を求める方には最適なホテルだと思いました。
