It is not even an Inn. We are horrified at expensive rate we are paying the room looks more like dungeon or jail with metallic door. The corridor are residents living next door. Flooding in bathroom and balcony during laundry, In general, it is clean but dusty, not worth to stay in such conditions at expensive rate. It is not refundable when you want to exit.

Awesome hotel with most friendly n helpful staff!

We were looking for a night stay prior to flt back the next day and came across Colors Infinity Inn. We were pleasantly surprised it has a very cosy ambience. Front desk staff are most helpful and friendly and recommended some nice restaurant around the area. The room are clean, love the channel TV program provided which are an value added service. There are many eatery n shops around. Opposite the hotel, there is an Uniqlo store for shopping and a slow walk to the Zhongshan station takes abt 10-12 mins. I would certainly stay at this hotel again on my next visit. I would choose this cosy hotel than get my head spin in crowded Ximending area.

Comfortable and friendly stay

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, constantly communicating via Line app about Taiwan weather conditions, directions and recommended many places for us to visit. They were very approachable and helpful. The room was clean and met our expectations. The location had many shops (massage, convenient stores, etc.) just below the hotel area.

Nice introduction to Taipei

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had a room with a swing but no window. That was okay because the backlighting made the room relaxing. The WiFi signal was strong and the tv offered many channels, including hbo,Cinemax, cooking channel. The location is extremely convent to the subway lines and shopping areas.

Great value for money

The hotel is upstairs location but there is decent signage that tells you where the evelator is....But whether or not it's just me the lifts look about old and scary so I carried my suitcase up. The staff were exemplary even with English not their first language they really tried to help. The room itself is a bit cosy in the sense there are no windows and relatively small....However they are larger than any Japan or Hong Kong rooms I've stayed previously. The shower was large and bright which makes it feel super roomy. Overall it's a satisfying hotel and I have and will stay there again.

Nice love hotel in good area, clean, friendly, fun

Comfortable hotel with plenty of food and shopping nearby. Friendly staff, clean room. Could use a closet or some way to hang clothes. We stayed for a few days but understand that Colors Infinity primarily caters to couples needing a room for a few hours or a night, i.e. a love hotel. The rooms have some extra features that some people might enjoy and others might find offensive or odd.
