Wonderful hotel and the staff are so lovely. We had some issues with guest staying above us but the hotel staff were so kind and lovely in trying to sort this out for us. Brilliant location, less than a 10second walk to the metro station. Loads of food options around and very safe and clean. Hotel room was magnificent and spacious.

This is a hotel I definitely will revisit and stay. What I like the most is its staff and its location very close to MRT, 2 mins walking distance. If I have to recommit something, I would say a water station in every floor and no need for individually packaged for a tiny Q-tip for example. Less plastic usage should be idea. I know it a Japanese franchise hotel but everyone should do their part to make this world less polluted. Hope this helps. Best, Wen

Right next to a MRT station and also within easy walking distance to the well known Fuhang Taiwanese Breakfast spot. Rooms were clean and modern which made for a very comfortable stay. And after a long day of walking about, the access to the public spa on the top floor was just another cherry on top.

Very well appointed rooms. Large enough to fit a family comfortably. I will miss the self opening and fully automated Japanese toilet. Close to metro. Would've been great to have a Japanese or Taiwanese restaurant on site but the Italian restaurant looked very popular.

All my family enjoy to stay MGH, Only my daughter she do have young kids 1 and 5 y , she need drawer to put kids clothes , if have a small organized that will help a lot . It’s fist time she stay at MGH , She said the hotel gave baby crab , bed fence and baby tub , really help a lot and enjoyed breakfast at hotel too. Thanks so much they enjoy in Taiwan. They will come back . MGH also in perfect place for subway, specially we use the elevator a lot easy us to in and out . My son in law was first time in Taipei. He said Taipei is very a friendly city!
